1 - conditions of use and back-up copy

MGE UPS SYSTEMS confers to the user the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the software and the documentation. 

The user is permitted to make back-up copies and to reproduce the software and the associated documentation.
 

2 - licence period

This licence agreement runs for 20 years from the date of acceptance.

It can be terminated by MGE UPS SYSTEMS without warning if any part of agreement is violated.
 

3 - limited warranty

The warranty is limited to the replacement of the software due to defects in the storage medium (defects in manufacturing or materials) which are reported within 90 days of the date of receipt.

All risks resulting from the performance of the software are assumed by the user.

MGE UPS SYSTEMS cannot be held responsible in any way for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use the software, even if MGE UPS SYSTEMS was forwarned of the risks incurred.
 

4 - miscellaneous

All litigation resulting from this licence agreement will be submitted to the commercial court of Grenoble which is granted exclusive rights of judgement.
